Shoe Cove will treat you with a rocky beach and a river with some miniture rapids/falls.

Directions

Head north from St. John’s on Torbay Road and go past the turnoff for Flatrock. Turn right onto SHoe Cove Road and continue to the end of the road. There is a small area to park there across from a spherical house. Follow the trail straight ahead, it’s about 600m to the beach.
