Fort Amherst Lighthouse (HDR)
Our current local weather continues to be adverse towards going outside for a shoot. Of course that leaves lots of time to revisit and "rethink" the archives. This was taken last fall on a "sunrise" shoot with flickr mates; Tomcod, Sulfite and Jerry Curtis. I had taken several shots (before the sun came up) with the intention of eventually creating an HDR. There was indeed a fort or garrison of sorts here since the late 18th century. The lighthouse has been built on top of some of the old ruins as you can see in the foreground.
