Camera 35 Executive Nomination Form

Thank you for supporting Camera 35 St. John’s. Our club depends on committed volunteers to help organize meetings, outings, competitions, communications, records, finances, and other activities that keep the club active and welcoming. A willingness to help, communicate, and follow through on club responsibilities are the only requirements, you do not need prior Executive experience.

Use this form to nominate a member. Self-nominations are welcome and encouraged. You do not need to wait for someone else to nominate you. Questions can be sent through the club’s contact form.

How nominations work

1. Complete the form with the name and contact information of the person being nominated.
2. Select one or more Executive position for which the person is being nominated.
3. If you are nominating someone else, please make sure they are likely willing to let their name stand.
4. Nominees will be contacted to confirm that they accept the nomination.
5. Confirmed candidates may be asked to provide a brief candidate statement before voting begins.
